These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Kayak Krabi through our website, social media, agents, or direct communication.

By booking a tour with Kayak Krabi, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings can be made through:

• Our website
• Tour agents
• Direct contact (WhatsApp / Line / Facebook)

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Payment is received, or
• A booking confirmation message has been issued by Kayak Krabi.

Kayak Krabi reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

3. Payment Policy

Payment may be required as:

• Full payment in advance, or
• Partial deposit depending on the package.

Remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the tour begins.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Online payment

4. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before tour: Full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund.
• No-show on tour day: No refund.

Late Arrival

Guests arriving late and missing the tour start time will be considered no-show.

5. Weather Policy

Tours operate in most weather conditions.

However, Kayak Krabi reserves the right to cancel or postpone tours due to:

• Heavy rain
• Strong currents
• Storm warnings
• Unsafe conditions

In such cases customers may choose:

• Reschedule the tour, or
• Receive a full refund.

Light rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation.

6. Minimum Participants

Some tours may require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum number is not reached, Kayak Krabi may:

• Offer an alternative tour
• Reschedule the tour
• Provide a full refund

7. Hotel Transfer Policy

Free transfers are available in selected areas such as:

• Ao Nang
• Klong Muang
• Ao Nam Mao

Additional charges may apply for:

• Krabi Town
• Tubkaak
• Other remote areas

Pick-up times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and weather.

Guests must wait at the agreed pickup location on time.

8. Health and Fitness

Participants should be in good physical condition.

The following individuals should consult a doctor before joining:

• Pregnant women
• People with heart conditions
• People with serious medical conditions

Children must be supervised by parents or guardians.

9. Safety Rules

For safety reasons all participants must follow the instructions of the guide.

Life jackets must be worn when required.

Kayak Krabi reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a dangerous or disruptive manner without refund.

10. Personal Belongings

Kayak Krabi is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings including:

• Phones
• Cameras
• Jewelry
• Bags

Guests are responsible for protecting their belongings from water.

11. Insurance

Basic accident insurance may be provided for participants during the tour.

However, guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.

12. Photography and Marketing

Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes.

By participating in our tours, guests agree that these images may be used on:

• Our website
• Social media
• Promotional materials

Guests may inform staff in advance if they prefer not to appear in photos.

13. Liability

Kayak Krabi shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from:

• Failure to follow instructions
• Personal health conditions
• Unforeseen circumstances
• Natural conditions

Participation in adventure activities is at the guest’s own risk.

14. Changes to Tours

Kayak Krabi reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Operational reasons

Such changes will be made in the best interest of customer safety.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
